I am actually not at all satisfied with the performance and I cannot recommend anyone to buy anything there. I ordered complete bikes and wanted to pick them up. The rims were there quickly and I made an appointment almost two weeks later for a pick-up 50 km away. I also asked several times whether that would work. 30 minutes before the appointment, and after I was on my way, I received the message that it was the wrong rims. No idea why you only notice that there ?! Then the wheels should be sent to me with the correct rims a week later. One day after the advertised date, I was informed that the rims were not available and I chose the incorrectly delivered rims instead because I had no choice. The bikes came in the mail the next day and I found out that I got 2.5 year old tires. I was then told that cured tires were better anyway (source? The ADAC sees it differently) and that it is legally allowed to sell them as new (also not true. That is not a law!). I was met with 50 €, which is a joke. So buy somewhere else ...

At first I was very puzzled because I had found tons of offers at very good prices in classified ads. I then inquired about "my" rims via chat function on the homepage and then took the risk (with buyer protection). Hard to believe but after almost 24 hours I had the rims just outside the door. Everything unpacked and examined, all rims are intact and as ordered. Only the 20 wheel bolts that should have been missing were missing. Didn't need to discuss it in the chat on the homepage, the wheel bolts were obviously forgotten and are now on their way. For my part, I am very enthusiastic and will order 4 rims again in the spring.

All questions were answered in a friendly and understandable way. I ordered Komolet bikes here and I am very happy with my choice. All in all, I can only recommend UrWheels
