Service equal to 0, friendliness on the phone underground and you don't even need to start talking about goodwill. Information on dismissal due to moving: "Then you just have to pay twice."

Regional, competent, helpful ..... I'm not laughing !!! We haven't had internet since Sunday. No mail, no info, no contact. It is apparently simply the case that you sometimes have to get by for 3 days without internet. If you try to call there, you just don't get one on the phone! If you cannot provide support in the event of a malfunction, you should question your business idea yourself!

Low stability with a business connection for over € 100 a month. The bandwidth is subject to strong fluctuations, sometimes it is high, but often also rather thin. Compared to other providers, the prices are in the upper segment. The support is rather mediocre. Unfortunately, sometimes there are no alternatives available ...
