The service is very expensive and slow, absolutely not recommended!

One quickly gets the impression that the store is only geared towards greed for profit! The customer is quickly "dumped" if not many euros change hands in a short time. With a few exceptions, there is not much to be seen of (sustainable) customer service as one is used to in the big Apple stores. A (pretended?) Friendly demeanor and a nicely furnished shop (presumably prescribed by Apple?) Is by no means sufficient. I brought my MacBook Pro over for repairs because the display was broken. After four days I was able to pick it up again. Super Service ;) Only the price was pretty hefty, but one star was deducted. All in all, I can definitely recommend the support team 👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly people, competent, reliable and a really good service - and that for years, I can judge this because I've been a customer there since 2003. I am completely satisfied.
