I have given my fully automatic coffee machine for repair. After several inquiries on my part, I was finally able to pick up the device after 6 weeks. Then at home the disappointment: nothing worked anymore! So brought the device back and complained. It was promised that it would be checked and repaired as soon as possible. Since we were on vacation 1 week, it was promised that we would be contacted in the following week to make an appointment for home delivery. Of course nobody called! Then on Tuesday I asked. Once again, no information could be given to me on the phone. But they wanted to call me, the next day at the latest. That didn't happen until noon. So I called again. It was promised that the device would be delivered the next day in the afternoon between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. after prior arrangement by telephone. The delivering party should then wait until I have tested whether it works. In fact, he came in the late afternoon without notice. Since only my son was at home, there was no test either. Fortunately everything is working again now. 8 weeks are just way too long! I would never have a repair done by Alheid again!

I had initially handed over a nearly 10-year-old dishwasher for testing for a defect, which an electronics retailer in Baunatal-Großeritte classified as a total economic loss after a fee-based inspection. Since I doubted the presentation, Alheid took on the matter a second time. Alheid repaired the machine and - lo and behold - it has been running for 4 weeks now. The repair did not cost 60 euros.
