Incredibly rude staff! Never again! I wanted to buy 3 bouquets for my family on Saturday. When I spoke to the young dark-haired lady, I was initially ignored. My request to tie three bouquets of flowers according to my wishes was refused on the grounds that you would not have time for this, so I should choose one from the finished ones. But they did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the person refused to make my wish bouquets, so I went without flowers. The seller didn't have much to do, and there were no customers, so my impression was that she was just too lazy and didn't want to tie the flowers as I wanted. Not possible. I will no longer buy flowers there. 0 stars are still not enough !!!

Really not recommended. Initially, the black-haired worker appears to be on the phone with her best friend for 10 minutes. And then simply unmotivated a bunch pressed together in 2 minutes that has withered and immediately fell apart. The Aral next to it would have ended better.

It's a shame that I can't give 0 stars! Quality, service, friendliness and professionalism are foreign words for the seller. I was served by a very cheeky and extremely unmotivated lady who put together a terrible bouquet for me and who simply came up with the price instead of calculating. I like to tip for good service, but I find such a bold rip-off and unfriendliness very unprofessional.
