We have had very good experiences with Heinz music with our daughter's saxophone. In addition to the fair prices, there is tremendous customer friendliness, a high level of specialist knowledge and the option of being available at any time in "musical emergencies". Great service!

We have had very good experiences with Heinz Music with a saxophone that we have rented from someone else. The service is super fast and professional. We then deliberately bought our daughter's saxophone in this shop. Since then we have had great experiences with owner Christian Heinz again and again. He also takes care of emergencies outside of his opening hours .... Where can you find something like that today ...?

Despite a cheaper offer on the Internet, I consciously bought my e-piano HERE, because Christian Heinz simply gives me the feeling that he is in good hands with him in the future with his friendliness, openness, very good advice and great service to be as a customer! Although he had even advised me to buy a cheaper instrument and thus shows that it is not "the quick mark" that matters to him, but rather the requirements of the customer, in the end I bought the better piano and I am sure I will not regret it !
