I had made an appointment with the surgeon by phone. Unfortunately, the unsuspecting woman at the reception forwarded me to the emergency room, where I was supposed to sit in the waiting area. She said I would be called. By the time I realized that I was being forwarded incorrectly, I had already missed my appointment. Apparently something arbitrary is done if they are ignorant. The woman didn't speak to me properly and didn't tell me that she was sending me somewhere else entirely. Otherwise I could have drawn her attention to this incompetence.

Was tonight (09/08/2020) with my daughter in the emergency room with acute abdominal cramps. The supposed "doctor" ordered an ultrasound examination. Result: he couldn't see anything. Then He wanted to draw blood from your. Unable to find a vein, He stopped the blood draw and prescribed a pain tablet, and then stopped treatment. Incredible !!! The following morning visit to the family doctor: horror and head shaking at the family doctor. Another ultrasound examination. Findings: The abdomen is filled with more air, the liver is enlarged and the intestine is full. Result: Immediate admission to a competent "hospital" !!! Diagnosis there after a detailed, well-founded examination: My daughter's stomach turned. 1 hour later OP! My conclusion: I call something like "Failure to provide assistance". Cheers to the hypocratic oath 👎

I would like to express my greatest respect to the staff of the Marienkrankenhaus! From the nurse, the nurse to the anesthetist, the surgeon, etc. my greatest appreciation! Your commitment, the human care and the enthusiasm for how you pursue your profession deserve absolute respect! Especially at a time when there are only cuts and savings everywhere, the patient is not much more than a number or source of money, this is anything but a matter of course ... Thanks a lot for this!
