I was there for the first time today because my pain therapist Dr. Albrecht, moved there and was very satisfied for the first time, the employees were very nice and I am very satisfied with my doctor anyway, otherwise I would not have gone to the new location. Time will tell how things continue. All in all it sounded very promising 👍 So now the 5⭐

This evaluation relates specifically to Dr. Menzebach, who is an extremely competent and sensitive doctor. He is very helpful, listens and takes his time. I would go to him again at any time and I can recommend him 100% without reservation.

Actually ZERO stars, I waited 4 hours for a call back for an appointment, then got an appointment for 8:45 a.m. 1 week after a target check of a plaster of Paris, now I've been sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours and it can still take ... DISASTER !!

I had to wait 3 months for an appointment, which was then postponed indefinitely due to sick leave. A month later I got a call that an appointment had become available at short notice (2h). So I took extra time off, got a current transfer and went to the waiting room after I had to wait a long time for the mostly vacant registration. After a waiting time of over 2 hours despite the appointment and considering the estimated duration of the examination, I had to go in favor of another appointment. Excuse me / explanation / alternative date? Nothing! From a formal complaint in which I referred to default fees, as expected, they were not impressed. - Never again! No recommendation!
