Positive: - quick response to an appointment request via the contact form Negatives: - Not available by phone. Called for a week and always thrown on hold after 20 minutes - an appointment that borders on insulting. I asked for an appointment in mid-October and said I would be available all the time, when will I get an appointment? End of February. So I'm used to waiting times of a month or two, but 4 1/2 months? That is really a cheek, especially since it was not about a preventive or routine examination

Great team, all very friendly, hardly any waiting time even though the practice was pretty full. Dr. Paliege very nice doctor who takes his time. It was my first time there and I am pleasantly surprised. Keep it up👍

Since Mr. Kolb no longer works there a disaster. You get downright guilty when you ask for prescriptions. Prescriptions for essential medicines are refused because they are too expensive in practice. I cannot ask for a single prescription without having to explain why my family doctor does not issue it, if my explanation is not good, the distribution of blood thinners (to prevent another stroke) was DENIED so I was left without. Often with the statement "You are not the Hessian prescription office" And all this even though it is your practice that has prescribed the medication mentioned. If you then stand next to patients who are obviously friends of the doctor, who have an annual prescription drawn up on which there are 4 or 5 packs of the same drug, while you have to beg and fight for each individual pack, you run out of bile high. Unfortunately I am forced to visit this practice because the alternatives are overloaded with pacemaker patients. The employees, should they be reachable by phone, are often the rudeness in person. Which, according to what I heard personally, is due to the impossibility of some doctors dealing with the employees. One star alone is far too much, I find this practice inhumane.

Dr. Berger is an excellent doctor and I felt very comfortable.

Dr. Jäger is super unfriendly to patients and his employees. This also affects the women: you absolutely never reach anyone.
