But no result: it doesn't matter what you want as a customer, but what the salespeople want to "sell" you. I think it's a bit of a shame. With such a price ratio you would expect a different service.

I have never been treated as unfriendly as in the store of the jeweler Paetow in the Wilhelmsstrasse in Kassel. I was there because I had problems with a bracelet, which I remember as a holiday souvenir at the most well-known jeweler of 5th Ave. bought in NYC (does not have to name). I just asked for a solution to the problem. I did not want jeweler Paetow to replace it, nor that he would guarantee the bracelet. I was not allowed to speak at all: "Silver starts, that oxidizes, that's probably common knowledge !!" (The fact that the bracelet was not tarnished, there, however, nobody has interested.) And: "We can not take any guarantee for the goods of other manufacturers here!" (That I did not want that, but nobody cared.) Well anyway, I do not know what lice ran over the liver. A simple: "Try this home remedies ..." would have been enough for me, I did not want any more. But such an information is probably too much to ask if you come with a piece of jewelry to those that you have not bought there. Anstelledessen will then be treated incredibly bad and rude. The only advice I was given "kindly" was, "Buy your jewelery the next time you live there!" All right Mr. Paetow, I do, but certainly not with you! Now I'm going to get on the plane first and fly over to NYC to ask the gentlemen if there's a solution to my wristband problem. There is nothing there, is right in the corner ;-)
