Very friendly staff, me and my partner looked after each other very well. The seller immediately implemented our needs and advised us very well. We always like to come back.

On July 13th, 2020 I was with my partner in the Obere Königsstraße branch, Kassel. We got advice on partner rings. Since we wanted a very simple ring, we opted for the women's and men's ring from the Christ Gold series (375 white gold). Two orders were placed, of which the men's ring arrived in the store two weeks later. The women's ring, however, was still not there after six weeks. I called several times to inquire about the booth. Every time the statement that it comes, has a long delivery time. Now the great disappointment: I had ordered the ring in the smallest size, which should be reduced one number after arrival. Today on September 16, 2020 I had to ask again whether the ring is there now. We urgently need the rings by next week. The ring was there, I immediately went to try it on and now give the order that it should be made smaller. The seller now said that this ring cannot be reduced in size. Bad advice, the information and the process more than incompetent. And we don't even get compensation for all the wasted effort and time. Now we stand there without a ring at the important appointment. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would!

Excellent advice, all employees are extremely friendly and competent. You are always greeted with a smile and you feel really well looked after. I can only recommend the branch!

When my partner and I entered the shop, we were greeted by a young lady who was absolutely not enthusiastic. When we stood in front of this lady and my partner asked his question, she looked at us (directly 30cm in front of us !!) in a completely conspicuous (probably extra conspicuous) and completely disparaging manner from top to bottom, as I have never seen before and especially with what an arrogant, conceited look. We actually wanted to inquire about more jewelry, but then we went straight out of the shop, because that put us off so extremely. We will never again enter a shop with such a rude and derogatory saleswoman. Sorry CHRIST Kassel, that was a complete failure. I would like to give 0 stars, which is unfortunately not possible. Perhaps one should really think about swapping salespeople.
