Absolutely unacceptable, order through Fleurop for the 75th birthday. The desired date was in the morning. After 3 p.m. Fleurop called and had to be instructed by the Berliner Schnepfe, the terms and conditions allow delivery until 8.30 p.m. The same likes to join. Delivery then takes place at 5 p.m. Hands off this flower frick. Completely incompetent.

I am very disappointed. Bad advice and hardly any service. The prices are well known eh upper segment, I really expected something better. After a long time back and forth, I had to put together a bouquet for my own budget. It's clear that there is no season for flowers at the moment - but somewhere else, too. I was not satisfied at all. A pity.
