Ms. Leinemann is a very sympathetic lawyer. Their extrajudicial written correspondence was O.K., but not outstanding either. For clear devaluation, however, leads her appearance at the subsequent trial. There, she acted rather as a purring kitten, as a toothless tiger. Arguments ran past the heart of the matter, nothing was right in a nutshell, so that one wondered whether she had dealt properly with matter in advance or even if she has understood the problem itself at all. A good and clear concept was not recognizable. It was felt in court as if she wanted to bring the matter to an end quickly in any case and that they simply had no more desire to invest in this case, more time. It was all too quickly on a more than bad compromise and recommended me to give her my consent to this horse-trading. All in all, very disappointing. Without a lawyer, I could have solved the whole thing certainly better and cheaper, but later, as you know, always smarter. All in all, their lack of performance and, in my opinion, a false recommendation on their part cost me a lot of money anyway. Benevolent 2 stars for their sympathetic nature and for the fact that the final bill was culuably still somewhat reduced. Unfortunately, I can not recommend it professionally.
