Ms. Kastner has a very competent team. They respond quickly and are very professional. If we had done the tax return ourselves, there is no way we would have got that much tax back. Highly recommended.

I don't know anyone who could keep up with Frau Kastner's knowledge and expertise. She could quote every paragraph and knows her field more than well. I have been with her since 2011 and have never looked back. Her team also does exemplary work. You can always reach someone, they are always helped and well advised. Keep it up :)

Hello first time, After reading all of the comments, I am of the opinion that even a “non-Coburger” would not find it difficult to believe that 90% of the comments are real. (Purchased comments - herself is the woman) Sorry, but honestly: Personally, I only entered the office twice for advice and help on income tax income .... (about 5 years ago). She explained so much and so confusedly in a very short time that I had to repeat myself with my questions and she was even faster with telling and asking. Well then I also had to come over to hand in something later (should be copied), because your employee (think it was still the trainee) didn't know what it was about, although I was only there 2 days ago. In the end, what was decisive for me to comment here was that at the end I got an invoice from Ms. Kastner, which was almost 100% of the amount that I would actually have got back from the tax office. (Example: notification from the Coburg tax office: 1000-, eur will be transferred to me, invoice from Mrs. Kastner: 850, - eur) ridiculous or ?? All work well done Mrs. Kastner. Best regards. PS: you can get an appointment pretty quickly when it comes to "taxes".

Very friendly contact from the first minute. The processes look professional and my concerns have always been dealt with quickly. I am pleased to have found Ms. Kastner and your team as a tax office.
