So I really have to say that contrary to the sometimes very bad reviews here I have to praise. I asked politely today about the status of my tax return and was promptly forwarded to the responsible clerk. After a short small talk, he was able to tell me within 3 minutes that the processing would still take about 10 days and I can expect the decision in 3 weeks at the latest. Keep it up !!! I think the old saying: 'How it calls into the forest, it also calls out' ... ... We should all think about it.

With the staff where I had to do so far were all very rude and arrogant. The telephone connection for the hundreds of employees could save the state, but no one can do it. The shop belongs automatically and in the free economy would be dismissed immediately. Why do the tax officials even earn so much money? Was in there to find out my company tax number. Nobody can tell me. Have only printed out my personal tax id, employee did not know what that is. ?? seriously?? can not give tax return without !!! In the end I get a penalty because I can not make a statement. I dread it every time I have to go in there. So much incompetence in a heap is terrible. Since the shop is not dependent on customers, but that does not surprise me. Every free company would have gone bankrupt long ago.
