I don't recommend this car rental company at all. I borrowed a commercial vehicle there, and my passenger and I assume that the damage existed before the vehicle was rented, which will now be billed to me. I've already written dozens of emails, which were only answered with excuses, if at all. The case goes to the lawyer. I'm still waiting for a clarification to this day. So much for SPAR mobile ....

My rental of an A3 was ready for pickup just hours after my booking. Both deliveries were completely relaxed without compromise. The office in Coburg is small, without much around but all nice people and helpful.
