I haven't had a good experience either. When the transporter is taken over, there is no joint assessment of any previous damage. When it is returned, the transporter is meticulously illuminated with a flashlight to look for minimal damage. This is also the case with me: a minimal sheet metal damage was attached to me, which was definitely not my fault. I was charged 80 euros! Personally, I no longer rent here, but if you still want to do so, I recommend paying close attention to the smallest damage when taking over.
I can recommend it to others. Everything went professionally and fairly.

From the reservation to the return everything is done very professionally and you are always treated super!
Although I once scratched a rim by 20 cm, it was accepted completely normally and done for little money.
