Was more than satisfied. Despite full utilization (appointments not less than 3 weeks) regarding the high season for changing tires and understaffing, very friendly contact! I found the open communication and that the stress is not passed on to the customer as very positive. Was my car allowed to park on Monday morning November 2nd, 2020 without a fixed return date and pressure on my part. Repairs depending on the time available. I promptly had my vehicle repaired unexpectedly on Monday evening, which I was very grateful for, as our second car was also broken (a more complex problem, yellow engine light and emergency running can have a lot of causes) from the summer sleep, which we then did on Monday evening and if possible it is pushed in between. The first call came today (Tuesday). Now let's wait and see :) Can only recommend pitstop Coburg, we feel very well looked after at the moment. And to all motorists who are looking for a job in Coburg, simply apply: D
