Have my coffee machine on Tuesday, 6.Aug. left and was able to pick him up again on Thursday! Super friendly and machine works again! Can I only recommend if your coffee machine is defective!

Very nice contact and competent advice, super fast repair (Thursday to Saturday!) With prior telephone agreement! Only to be recommended !!!

We were extremely disappointed. The first repair attempt proved to be a shot in the oven, after which we were constantly put off because allegedly parts were missing / not delivered or delivered wrong. For telephone inquiries we were stopped. The end of the song: Today we picked up the machine after about 6 weeks (still defective).
