The first order went perfectly and perfectly - an incorrectly delivered article was exchanged without any problems and without complications.
Another article was ordered in June 2020 and the delivery date was repeatedly postponed. Since December my e-mails asking for a specific delivery date have not been answered. Inadequate communication is a "no go" for me!

The delivery time was given as nine days. Now - after about 16 works (!) Days - the shipment is still not sent. My renewed demand was simply not answered.

had ordered a coffee table on account (7 days to pay after receiving the goods). After 4 days the invoice was already there, which I had to transfer with the note that my coffee table had already been handed over to the shipping company. It's a good thing I didn't transfer anything! To date, 6 weeks later, the table has still not reached me. After three weeks, Mr. Gabler replied to my email and allegedly made an inquiry to the shipping company. My later inquiries and emails were then no longer answered at all. Stay away from this company!
