Very poor quality, hands off!
We bought a box spring bed (5000 €), here the engine fell down after almost 2 years because the suspension is only made of plastic and it cannot last.
After 2 1/2 years the same on the other side. Very annoying if the manufacturer does not meet here, as the engine mount cannot hold at all! This now costs 500 € per suspension approximately every 2 years (exchange).
If you buy a bed in this price range, you assume that you are buying something high quality, but this is not the case here!
The last shop, ordered a bed through Möbel Ehrmann in May, was put off 5 times until today, then the furniture store canceled the order because it didn't come again today and they said if it still comes then in January at the earliest
Never again! The bed was delivered at the end of February and 2 months later the topper was completely warped and flat. Hardeck's answer was that we should pull it straight. The whole bed creaks every time you get up and we are not overweight. Insolence for the price !! One can only advise against .. Even hardeck has taken the manufacturers out of the range .. of course we now know why. The lawyer must then be called in
I really can only advise against this manufacturer. Our bed stinks and is extremely uncomfortable. And the manufacturer refuses to take back or replace the box spring bed. We're going to get a lawyer now. We will NOT be fooled !!!!!!
Wait for my bed since March !!!! Everything is pushed onto Corona !!! As I read in the reviews it was the same last year !!!!! Finally delivers or makes the shop too damn
