Nice furniture, incompetent staff. Wrong prices, took 15 minutes to find out. You wait at the cash register because only one salesperson is collecting. The others stand by and look at tables. Apparently nobody trained the staff from the customer's point of view.

I would like to briefly say something about Ms. Kirschner's assessment, as I was in the shop at the time. The lady was kindly informed by the staff that face shields are no longer allowed in Bavaria as they do not offer the necessary protection. She was also offered a cloth mask, but refused because she repeatedly said that her mask was from the doctor. However, she was unable to produce a certificate. I AM HORIZED at the speed with which people give bad reviews and get things wrong. The staff does not come up with the hygiene requirements and regulations themselves; these are dictated by politics and management. Some people should please keep this in mind in these coronary times. Nobody enjoys the measures, but now we have to go through them together. Big thumbs up for the patient staff! I've been shopping here for a while and so far there has been nothing to complain about :)! Keep it up!!
