Unfortunately we are not satisfied with the performance of the service technicians and the planning staff. First a pharmacist's cabinet was planned incorrectly, then the exchange was incorrectly commissioned by it. After the technicians were there for the third time, the freshly exchanged front cover of the cabinet was loose when it was opened for the fourth time because it had not been installed correctly. I have now finally tightened the loose screws myself ... Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the general performance. Update December 19, 2020: After our first review, all open topics were taken care of very well. Today the last work on the kitchen was completed to our satisfaction.

Try to fix a ceramic hob with me. Have already touched up twice, and now claim it has to be that way. No withdrawal. The owner assured me that I should feel comfortable in the delivered kitchen. Unfortunately, the words are not followed by deeds, the service technician does not replace it. The goodwill arrangement is not customer-friendly, I am not buying anything here!

Nobody cares, nobody asks if you need help. Am disappointed. The requirement is that you find an employee in the kitchen center.
