Despite Corona, we quickly got an appointment with Ms. Meier and were able to visit the exhibition. So we got a good comparison with the other furniture stores in the area. At the Ganß company one had the impression that they preferred quality to quantity. The model selected on the first visit was reconfigured on a second appointment without any problems and our wishes were dealt with in a professional and factual manner. The other furniture stores visited could learn a thing or two from this. We didn't get a moon price for the price and it was still negotiable. The delivery took place exactly as promised after 6 weeks. The quality of the goods is very good It was our first purchase from this company, we are very satisfied and can only recommend them.
