Truly amazing shopping experience. No other shop comes even closer to their outstanding customer service and knowledge. I live in Sydney, thousands km from Germany. After full renovation of our Bondi Beach semi house I was searching for different options of purchasing new sofa beds. There are numerous furniture shops in Sydney and some of them dealing with importing high end quality furniture from Europe. I found that price of the same product ( made in Germany, Rolf Benz sofas) are much higher in Sydney than in Izabela K shop ( with included international delivery price). I did not find any advantage of buying direct : in the shop they need to order from Rolf Benz ; waiting period is the same if not longer. In addition to attractive price, the main reason I decided to go ahead with this company was truly outstanding customer service of the owners: Mr Peter and Mrs Izabela Schubert. They spent literally 3 hours with me ( via e mail): I received comprehensive professional consultation that helped me to choose right furniture for our living room. My husband has serious back problem and Mr Peter has helped me to choose the sofa with right measurements and comfort level. They examined our floor plan, making sure the sofas would be right size. Mr Peter has also offered us different options of most cost effective shipment methods to Sydney. At first I decided to buy 2 Rolf Benz sofas, buy now I am thinking to purchase also one chair and possibly 6 dinner chairs, if Izabela and Peter would find appropriate pieces with attractive price: it would make delivery cost down using the same container. If I lived in Germany it would be ONLY SHOP I wold ever use to buying furniture! Even living in Sydney I would very much prefer this excellent company for purchasing high end German Quality furniture.

Excellent individual advice, never intrusive, but competent and responsive to individual needs. Great price. Really perfect, not comparable to online stores. A personal relationship on the phone and by e-mail creates a real buyer-seller relationship of trust that was not disappointed! Highly recommended!

Great service, super-fair prices and first-class support! I requested a new sofa here and got a convincing price. But the whole thing is not anonymous via an online shop, but with personal, telephone and very timely contact. Orders with down payment and delivery agreement were straightforward. Delivery with our own transport vehicle was on time, was carried out by a very friendly and committed employee and was perfect all round. I can fully recommend izabela K. I would always like to buy furniture so easily! Thank you so much!
