Outrageously cheeky replacement prices. A simple replacement film for the control panel of an electrically adjustable "Premium" desk costs 26 €! A blatant opposite of being good-natured given the purchase of an office furniture set that cost over 10,000 euros. Leuwico, never again!

Unfortunately miserable experiences with, in my opinion, inferior furniture, the fitters and the repair service / customer service. Assembly not well executed, furniture partly incorrectly assembled and not ready to recognize or correct errors. The main thing is to get away quickly. The fitters complained to me that the quality of the furniture sold was miserable. This is the first impression of the Leuwico experts. The sales representative corrected an assembly error and looked at the other problems - promise from Leuwico: everything will be solved to our satisfaction. The first customer service department shared the opinion, but it did not list further errors by the assembly team. In the event of a further appointment, the fitters could not or did not want to dismantle the cupboard - so the complaint could not be resolved. The whole cupboard should have been completely dismantled again. That was apparently too much effort for customer service. The parts are now on site if the cabinet moves. The visual impairment due to the missing parts was covered by cover strips. Other errors mentioned by the first customer service representative are now no longer errors - it just belongs now. And an appointment because more spare parts are missing. Fixed bug - but not nice - but that's the way it is - according to Leuwico

25 years ago bought one of the then first pneumatically adjustable sitting / standing desks. Am still completely excited about it, works flawlessly, does not need power and is super fast adjusted! All el. Adjustable systems do not have the slightest chance!
