Very rude employee, it's a shame that he never learns in his life that he has to be polite and friendly with customers. I have decided on a different gas station even though the gas station is closer to me than others. I would advise against filling up at this gas station.

The fuel prices are unbeatable here, the location and accessibility are good, but unfortunately it is a matter of chance whether you are served nice and friendly in the interior. Sometimes more is looked at the TV running there than the customer and a loud / clear HELLO and BYE would be really nice. And the occasional smile is not forbidden either! The female employees are top in this respect but you have to honestly say!

Incredibly poor service and impolite (to racist) staff. I wanted to pick up 3 Hermes parcels there, but when I showed the gentleman at the cash register my German residence permit, he refused to give me my parcels on the grounds that it was not an ID card and I can ONLY pick up the parcels with an ID card (these are Hermes regulations). Then I kindly explained to the gentleman that the residence permit is valid as an identity card or that it is my identity card and unfortunately I had no other identity card. The gentleman could not understand this (or he did not want to understand) and asked for the identity card of my home country, which I luckily had with me (no EU identity card, I have never needed it in Germany). He took it and entered all the details of my ID into a small device (presumably from Hermes). Then he asked me from whom the package was ??? I bought 3 things from private sellers (Ebay) and therefore didn't know the names of the senders. After he had finally picked out my parcels, he gave them to me rather skeptically and individually. He read the sender's name on every parcel and took his time to do it, which was pretty uncomfortable for me. Next time I'll be ready to call the police for denial of property and invasion of privacy. Conclusion: If you want to use the gas station as a Hermes ParcelShop, I can absolutely advise against this idea. Unfortunately, the Lord is making a big riot for this service. I also submitted my complaint to Hermes. After this experience, we will avoid this gas station and, despite fair prices, we will no longer refuel there. No need to repeat!
