Unfortunately very bad service. Exchange of my unused ring is not possible, even if I cannot wear it because it is too wide for me. I would have liked to just exchange my ring, not convert it into money. Unfortunately, that is not possible. It's a shame if something so beautiful is in a drawer, I would have loved to wear it for all the money it cost.
