First class hospital!Employes are nice and welcoming,the doctors are highly trained and serious,nurses are good hearted and nice to people.Conditions are more than ok :) Pleasant experience in this hospital.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, I can't put it into words and I don't really know how to say it. Simply rude, different statements from each staff, which is why my son should stay here longer. A doctor who is barely able to speak the German language and thus a conversation is not even possible. Maternity ward there, the care of the nursing staff is simply great. Polite and helpful. Kudos to everyone. But after that a pure horror!

Questionable signs when approaching the emergency room, and a longer waiting time if the reception is staffed twice. Although I previously called a patient who was classified as a high-risk pregnancy. When I asked for a specialist, we were only referred to a general practitioner in the house because remote diagnosis through 8 mm Plexiglas and a distance of 1.5 m was considered sufficient. I would have spared us the way there, such an incident

In a nutshell, since I will complain to the health insurance company, long waiting time in the emergency room of 4 hours, every doctor says something different, e.g. B. "just go to NRW home and have an operation there", food with all dignity, waiting time at laboratories for patient transport not promptly. So I could write a book about how it goes there. Psychological stress and trauma are prepared.
