Dr. Hans-H. Eidt is probably one of the best lawyers in construction and architectural law you can only find. He always takes the time that is necessary. With his sound expertise and empathy, he always has the right ideas and solutions. At the beginning of our collaboration, Dr. Ing. Hans-H. Eidt honest and understandable advice and informed about all risks. In construction law, I have the experience that the many cases are burdened with costly expert opinions, the result is often previously unpredictable. The success of the process is often prevented by poor contract design, inadequate documentation and unfortunately often superficial craftsmanship with insufficient construction supervision. Thus it often comes in court after agonizing long dispute to both sides unsatisfactory comparisons whose economic success is destroyed by the disproportionately high costs especially for smaller claims.
