Food was great and arrived on time. Unfortunately the wine was forgotten, no one could be reached by phone: /
update: Liferando immediately transferred us back 5 € (approx. 10 minutes later) and even put a 3 € voucher on top, we are very satisfied ^^
Problem-free ordering, fast delivery..1 pizza delivered wrong, called and corrected, correct one was delivered promptly, great! Perfect taste, anytime again!
Have ordered several pizzas, when we called, the delivery time was stated as 1.5 hours. Since I've heard the pizza is good, we agreed with the long wait. After 2 hours there was still no pizza in sight. After the first call and a friendly request I was informed that the delivery time is 2 hours according to the boss. Nobody could tell me why I was not informed when I placed my order. Even after 2 hours there was no pizza in sight. In addition to the problem of hunger, no one answered the phone anymore. After almost 3 hours and countless calls, I managed to get the pizza to arrive soon. In fact, it came almost after a 3 hour wait. The pizza wasn't bad, but after the wait I would have eaten everything so my opinion on the quality is inconclusive. Will not order there anymore.
