We were regular customers, after two days we wanted to cancel an order and the management has returned us no money but only a voucher although the order has not been processed by them. It has happened several times that the lettering on our engagement ring is not as warm as we wanted it to be. Very bad service and very unfriendly staff. We will never go shopping there again. We have so far at least 2000 € shopped.

We like to go to this jewelry store every time because the advice is unique even if you need a birthday present for the woman. The shop assistants take their time for you. The prices are reasonable too
