Conscientious and technically very competent!
Was in the eye at Steckbauers for lens adjustment or because of deterioration in my visual performance. I am very nearsighted and have been very happy with the lens adjustment there for years. Due to the always very conscientious examination, an irregularity on the retina was discovered this time and I was immediately sent to the ophthalmologist. There, retinal inflammation was confirmed by toxoplasmosis, which meant that I had to go to the eye clinic as an emergency! Many thanks to the two Mr. Steckbauer for their conscientiousness and professional competence.

Rude and inflexible
I had a voucher from Brillen.de. I had varifocals made. That was not my first. The previous ones were from other opticians.
The service was very good. Mr. Steckbauer explained all measuring devices that were used in an understandable manner. The result was accordingly. I feel very comfortable with these glasses.
