I would not recommend the travel agency as a Moneygram agent. I was mistreated twice by the staff. At the end of 2016, I sent money from this location. Everything went wrong when it outraged me, extra fee for online registration in the amount of 5 € !!! although it is not provided for in the Commission for sending money. But with the forced smile, the fee was excused me and given as a new customer the Kleinerlei of Moneygram. The transaction was completed successfully. At the beginning of 2017 I received the money with the help of the travel agency. When money is received by Moneygram you have to show your identity card (or similar) and tell the secret code. No commission! But it was again requested in the travel agency, the fee now in the amount of 2 euros !!! to pay because it was necessary to re-register !!! I was denied the money to argue, although I have already communicated the code, the sender and the country of origin and my person has been identified. More precisely, it was said: "We are not a bank, but a travel agency! We do not have such a large amount! Contact another location with Moneygram!". Who does it in Germany ?! One word: the FRAUD! I asked for the grievance book. My request was rejected! Such a service! 😤😱😡
