The staff are all very friendly. Particularly impressive is the manner of Mr. Werner. He is super friendly, very experienced, he looks for the best connections, explains special situations and processes customer requests with super friendly aplomb. It's so rare these days. Nice that you can have such positive experiences in Coburg. Many thanks to the entire team at the ticket office.

Good and modern also lots of parking (if you find them) and a bit expensive there in the shop

Friendly and solution-oriented! We arrived punctually and completely in Denmark - the reservation with all reservations (bicycle etc.) was therefore the most complicated. Thanks for your support!
