Everyone was very friendly! The clinic was clean and very nice. I also really liked that the doctors and the beautiful nurses were very patient with me. As a foreigner, I sometimes had trouble understanding all the medical terms, but everyone tried their best to explain it to me.

I am more than satisfied with the hospital in Bad Reichenhall, especially with the trauma surgery! Mr. Dr. Pereira is a very friendly doctor with a lot of knowledge and very competent! He knows what he is doing! The nurses (especially from the anesthesia ward) are all really nice! And I have to say that the food for a hospital is really more than just delicious!

Was treated with an acute cyst in October 2018 (was my sixth abdominal surgery). Doctors absolutely top, nurses tried very hard (with a lot of stress, few staff), I felt very well afterwards,

When I got to the hospital, the security officer pointed out who he was in a sullen tone and that I had to give him everything. When he asked what I need I almost lost my faith and the question whether I speak German is the crowning glory anyway. When I then explained to him that I need a doctor, he measured a fever and gave me a new mask which he had previously amfies with his not disinfected sausage in the middle and not on the hanger he said I should put it on now. A bottomless cheek to deal with other people in such a way at times like this, this security officer should do it through training in the social rules during corona and work on his behavior. After that everyone was very friendly and I was helped.

Everyone is doing their best. The dear nurse in the emergency room even shared her snack with me and gave it to me because I was so hungry. There is a lot going on in the hospital and everyone is really going beyond their limits. What I saw today, how busy there is. Often the doctors have no idea where to put the patient. It's just sad that there is so much abuse.
