Had a personal talk with Mr. Nagel today. He should make a file inspection. Mr. Nagel was very polite to me, and makes a respectable impression. He told me that he would like to file a file for me. The negative thing about it is that he asks for € 750, - advance - with the hint that this is so common with him, and then I would get something back, if anything was left. Now, in principle, these fees are regulated by the Lawyers Fees Act as follows: The costs for obtaining access to the file in criminal proceedings are calculated according to the Lawyers' Remuneration Act as follows: Basic fee (No. 4100 RVG) i.H.v. 30, - € Copying costs (No. 7000 RVG) i.H.v.je € 0.50 for the first 50 pages and € 0.15 for each additional page Flat fee (No. 7002 RVG) i.H.v. 20, - € plus VAT of currently 19% Expenses for file dispatch by the authority i.H.v. 12, - € And RA Nagel wants Euro 750, - advance payment? I have only a noble and friendly rating. Mr. RA nail is also friendly. And confident.
