Such problems would not have arisen with an orderly and verbally agreed settlement.
As was answered here, I was treated on site.
Fast and uncomplicated processing on arrival and departure. The staff is friendly and competent. There are apartments for every taste and budget. The apartments are clean and have everything you need on vacation. A recommendation from us.
Worked for a few months in Bad Reichenhall and had an apartment in the city area. Very quick and above all friendly handling.

Very central yet pleasantly quiet location in a beautiful residential area, not far from the train station and the spa gardens. Rustic, clean and spacious, very nice apartment. Everything very well organized. What we personally missed were a cozy TV corner to "hang out", more comfortable beds and a dishwasher, therefore only 4 stars. Gladly again.
