We were there just one night while passing through. It's a very beautiful location and lovely rooms. Staff was very friendly and the food was great. Thanks for the wonderful stay.
Beautiful hotel and peaceful location!
The SPA area is fantastic, everything is well maintained and clean. It doesn't feel crowded even if the hotel is fully booked.
Very friendly staff except for some waitresses who ignore guests.

Two things for management to consider:
The water in both pools is unpleasantly cool (in winter).
We came there for new year holiday and were surrounded by elderly people. We do respect them and everything! However we hoped to have fun and thus we'd prefer to be informed in advance that we won't be a good fit to the rest of the gang :)))
It is "must visit" hotel. Everything was perfect.

Kind and friendly in crisis mode.
We had a booking during CONVID-19 and situation was very unclear.
Ms.Stallmann at the reservation desk was super friendly to work with and we found a solution which was ok for all parties.
Hopefully will actually make it there soon for real :)
Great hotel with nice and modern design embedded in a beautiful landscape. The spa area with swimming pool and saunas is excellent, rooms spacious and very comfortable (mattresses are on the harder side but that's a personal preference). Personal is friendly, helpful and non intrusive.
The only thing I missed this year is the a la Carte restaurant.
