Today I would like to break a lance for the Frankl travel agency. For years I have been booking great trips through Mr. Frankl. I can only express myself in the highest tones about his professional competence, the friendly and courteous demeanor, tips with a humorous wink and reliable agreements. Last year, when I wanted to book a long-distance trip with a Berlin friend with a local travel agency, I experienced a fiasco for weeks. For me as a customer, there were worlds between the two travel agencies. Annoyed, I broke off contact with the Berlin travel agency and turned to the local Frankl travel agency. Mr. Frankl asked for the relevant data on the phone. He made me a great offer within 15 minutes. I can only say that it is top-notch and professional. He and his team deserve kudos and THANK YOU, the travel agency is highly recommended.
For many years it has been my first choice for all my trips, both privately and for business. Mr. Frankl and his team are always very helpful, friendly, competent and flexible in terms of advice and service before and during the trip. Thank you very much!

We booked our flights to Australia at travel agency Frankl. We needed a good consultation because we were traveling with a baby.
The travel agent told us that he would try to get a baby cot but can not promise it.
In retrospect, we have learned that a fixed reservation of decent seats for a travel agency is quite possible.
It has become catastrophic places, often not even next to each other. Only thanks to friendly airport staff we had bearable flights.
In short, this travel agency is not recommended for families.
