The staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions immediately. I have booked several vacations and have been more than satisfied. Not only does the staff take enough time to advise customers, they also make you feel like they enjoy their work and that they want the best for the customer. Again and again I would book in this travel agency.

I live in Bielefeld and always booked my travels with Jennifer Friedmann here in Bielefeld. Since I book several trips a year (also many Mein Schiff trips), I always approached Mrs. Friedmann, who always picked out the most beautiful hotels and also trips from place to place. I am so satisfied and cared that I have already booked this year already 2 trips to her in Bad Reichenhall ....... I do that now by phone and e-mail. Everything works very well. The colleagues also took good care of me as a holiday agency. I look forward to my next trips ..... of course continue with this travel agency.
