I made an appointment for the morning at 09. I arrived at 08.30 and they didn't want to do my service, on the grounds that I don't have an appointment, their version will come tomorrow. So they didn't feel like it.

They didn't have an appointment for us and that's okay because we didn't have an appointment. Our Fiat Ducato was towed because it broke on the highway. Our driver didn't want to help anyone push the vehicle out. Nobody felt like it or the time, The driver did it himself.
