Our developer had commissioned this company for our new building and the other houses on our street. The first contact to discuss the performance was still positive. However, the execution itself could be improved. The offer for additional services took so long that changes were almost impossible. The craftsmen had already created facts on the construction site. In the end, even installations were missing according to the execution planning, not only for us but also in the neighborhood. Complaints are processed very slowly. You need perseverance. In the end, the operation was overwhelmed with the order from my point of view. The fitter at that time is now the second managing director.
