I would really like to thank you for the nice and competent advice at BellEquip. With our problem we had already visited some resellers and dealers in this area but none could provide us with a suitable KVM Extender solution which had sufficient performance in all situations.
Finally, we ended up with the nice team from BellEquip that gave us a lot of advice. Our contact person even took a total of 2 hours on the phone to discuss the request in detail and even showed us the mistakes of the first installations. When we finally decided on the right solution and the devices were delivered to us, the first questions came up. Even here we did not have to turn to the manufacturer but only to our contact person at BellEquip. The whole commissioning was much easier and we were able to turn to the telephone support with all the little problems.
I can only recommend the company to anyone who is looking for good KVM Switch & Extender solutions, and maybe we will still be using the products from the server room monitoring division.
