If you know what you want, the place might not be bad. The advice is lousy, the customer's request was only emphatically responded to. The electrical appliances recommended to me are just "junk". The activated charcoal filter of the Junker extractor hood was complained about after approx. 5 months because it no longer filtered greasy smells. (Kitchen rarely in use) the complaint "didn't" go smoothly. (On the phone you could hear the boss in the background scolding) Only when I put the stinking filter from Fritsch on the table was it exchanged (but also only with grumbling). The built-in rear wall swells up after about 3 years. The refrigerator also has defects! For about a year it has only cooled down somewhat from level 4. The Junker ceramic hob was always treated with care and cleaned with the recommended agents and looks badly worn. We have had the kitchen for 4 years now and are not satisfied at all! It's a shame and annoying because you actually have a kitchen longer ... P.S. : the fitters are top! They had to look for solutions how to do a bit of damage limitation to make the wrongly ordered cupboard attractive for the oven.
