We bought a table (brand Stern) for our terrace online in May 2018, everything worked out great, good advice and service. The gray table top shouldn't fade, which unfortunately happened in the first year. This summer we asked Thomas whether there was a means that could make the table darker again and possibly remove stains. We were asked to take photos which were forwarded to the manufacturer. After some correspondence, we were pleased to be informed that our table top was being replaced. Thank you for your commitment, thank you for the flawless delivery and installation, thanks also to Stern for the goodwill. We will enjoy our table again next summer!

Advice on site was fine. We wanted an offer. After a week a wrong one came, we asked for correction, heard nothing, sent a reminder email, no more reaction. Now we buy somewhere else.

Ordered here via the online shop. I would do it again. The only neutral point is that I was not informed of the receipt of my advance payment. But that was solved with a call and a very friendly feedback. The next day I was even called personally that the furniture is now going to be dispatched and then a corresponding email came. Overall, everything went faster than stated in the order process and the contact was very friendly.

I wanted to order new garden furniture via the homepage, but then I found out that they also have a shop "almost" around the corner and went straight there. On the one hand, I'm very happy. On site, I chose a different table and still took chairs with armrests. On the other hand, I now have a problem, they also have different grills and I have long wanted to grill with charcoal / wood again. They have an amazing OFYR grill - looks really cool and I've watched a lot of videos. The part is needed - but unfortunately not this year. Hopefully I'll have saved enough next year. Otherwise - parking lot in front of the door, help with loading, friendly advisor (although it was busy), nicely decorated despite the "hall" - so I'll be back to buy the grill.
