Absolutely good service, even though I only called Friday shortly before the shop closed, an employee came on Saturday morning and replaced the heating in my waterbed, completely free of charge, because the heating still has a guarantee.
I also give this extremely good rating because I was very impressed by the advice and the atmosphere when I bought it and the event with the defective heating was able to confirm my positive impression of the service.
