I'm not sure if this company still wants customers? Sometimes no one was available for days. And then I was supposed to call again later, but at that point the boss wasn't there again. Something like that happens, understandable when you're busy? But the fact that data is then recorded, three times promised, it will be called back promptly and you have to ask again three times is very questionable. Ultimately hired another professional company. Incidentally, the call has not yet been received. According to reviews, this was not an isolated incident.

Looking for a moving company, I noticed this company because of its positively designed website. So I called there and talked to Frau Körber. After describing the key points for an imminent relocation, after receiving my contact details, I was promised that Mr. Körber would call back in a timely manner. This callback has never happened !! Sorry, but that does not work, because the best website does not help! The award of a star is already too much!
