I absolutely cannot understand some of the reviews here. At first I also had the problem that my nails broke off as soon as no tip was used. With the 14-day guarantee, this was done in an uncomplicated manner - even without an appointment and without additional costs. At the next appointment I addressed the problem and a solution was looked for & it was found! My own nails now easily last 6 weeks without breaking off, tearing or the varnish or gel splintering. They were all! Kind and understanding towards me. Contrary to some opinions, I am very happy that people do not talk to me all the time, in some studios I felt asked directly. This is definitely not the case here. You can just turn off the hour. I haven't had any injuries to date - and that can happen anywhere. Wherever you work with people, mistakes also happen. All in all : Appointments - super fast Friendliness - great Price-performance ratio - great Durability - perfect Implementation of wishes - 100% & if you have no idea, very nice ideas are also suggested 👍👍

Despite the appointment, I had to wait half an hour ... one of them takes what felt like 5 hours for a normal French topping up, so next time I went to a slightly younger lady. It was a little faster but totally destroyed my nail bed when filing it down. My fingers hurt and I bled. Don't even apologize for it and just talk to each other in your language! The customer is unimportant and therefore no one speaks to him!

If you are flexible and can wait, you can get an appointment at short notice. That's the big advantage. Performance is different. Sometimes the staff tried more, sometimes less. With kindness looks similar. Only the boss is always rude. I do not like the store very much and I only go there when I have no other choice or spontaneous nails.

I have been a customer in the studio at Deggs for 1.5 years now or now in the new shop in the Bahnhofstrasse and I'm super satisfied! In the studio everything is super clean, the staff are friendly and cared for and the atmosphere is pleasant. Especially great I think that is working with quality products and if you have photos, everything is implemented 1: 1 as you wish. For me the best studio in the whole district! Keep it up 👏😍
