Think twice before ordering from this store, specially if you buy a part where there is a guarantee. I bought what they claimed to be original Sachs shock absorbers. Shocks normally carry a 2 year guarantee. They were in use under a year and the car failed inspection because one of these shocks was defective. I got in touch with them and they asked me to send them proof that the shocks had been installed by a professional and the car's registration papers, which I sent to them. They told me to send the shocks back to them so that they could have it checked by the manufacturer and if proven defective, they would reimburse all the money including the shipping costs for returning the items. They acknowledged (after me contacting them) that they have received the item and have sent them to the manufacturer for inspection. After a while on once again not hearing from them, I tried to contact them again and inquire about the items but this time I got a message saying that the email address used for correspondence with them within Ebay communication channel, was not valid anymore and I sent an email regarding this matter to their official email but have not heard from them . I contacted Ebay and they also sent them an email asking to contact me but that has not helped either. So if you are going to buy from this store, think twice especially if some sort of a guarantee is involved. Before buying try giving their phone number a call and see if anybody answers your call. At least they did not answer any of my calls. So imagine trying to contact them wiith a problem involving the purchased item. Basically after buying you are on your own. IN SHORT: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE! EDIT: After the response by the owners of this store to my review (see below), I sent them an email regarding this matter as instructed. I have not heard anything from them at all and their response seems to be only a publicity gimmick in order to give the reader an impression that they care about their customers, which is not true. SO MY RECOMMENDATION OF NOT BUYING FROM THIS STORE REMAINS THE SAME.

I ordered a set of headlights online, they are well packaged and arrived within 4 working days. Handling and communication were flawless. I cannot confirm the less good reviews (.. that I read after ordering). For me, the deal was quick and good, period. :-)

Unfortunately not to be recommended! We bought goods from MKS Autoteile on October 29, 2020 and wanted to send them back since November 2, 2020. The availability of MKS Autoteile by telephone is a disaster. In two phone calls it was announced that a return slip would be delivered at short notice. But that hasn't happened until today! A call today ended 5 !!! Time in a kind of answering machine that announced that it should try again later to call. Then on the 6th call a woman called "Hello" answered! It has now been announced that the goods will no longer be taken back because the period in which the goods would be taken back had passed. A declaration that attempts had been made to return the goods since the beginning of November also remained fruitless. The lady with the name "Hello" stayed tough and decided not to be customer-friendly. A new order from this morning (a drive shaft) was canceled immediately for this reason. As so often, offers items very cheaply, orders and payments are made. In the end, you wait until a cancellation arrives with the statement: There was an inventory overlap. Not to be recommended!

A colleague bought brake pads and refused to accept them. But it has already been paid. Now there is no refund because the deadline has passed. The goods were sent back to the seller without the colleague. Something like that would have to be reported to consumer protection and some precedents would have to be set there.
